  • Consultation

    A brief phone call to exchange introductions, discuss your goal or needs for treatment, and the possible therapeutic fit.

    (15-20 minutes)

  • Individual Therapy

    Therapy that aims to support individuals in bettering their emotional stability, improving their relationships with others, building a greater awareness of their authentic self, or identifying steps towards their own personal goals.

  • Family Therapy

    Therapy that focuses on helping families explore conflicts in the home, build skills to solve their own problems, and identify better ways of doing things to make sure everyone gets what they need.

  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

    Therapy that educates individuals and families on trauma. It then engages them in practicing skills to regain control of their thoughts, feelings, and actions/reactions. The therapist and individual then proceed to develop a narrative of their trauma with the intent to share it with a trusted person.

  • Parent Coaching

    Sessions with parents focused on creating their ideal home environment or relationship with their child or teen through the implementation of consistent acknowledgement, rewards, consequences, boundaries, and expectations.

An approach that focuses on the underlying factors of the human experience and how to intentionally take back control over one’s life through the choices they make.
